About TEQ
TEQ was a boutique mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory practice working with clients across Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. The company is in the process of being wound up. This was the vehicle for my advisory work while I was based in Auckland.
The company originated in 2005 as Techquisitions in Auckland, New Zealand as I worked across APAC in a range of roles. Upon returning to Auckland in 2017, TEQ was formed as its successor. TEQ ceased trading in March 2026 with Daryl’s move to Singapore. Daryl now undertakes independent engagements.
With the winding down of TEQ, client records have been securely destroyed.
