This post is about one of my 45-second pitches at my BNI Chapter, BNI City Business. You can read the introduction to this collection here.
I used the first Ugly Baby slide for a three or so weeks, changing the delivery content. I used the same core idea a few weeks later, changing the emphasis from Seller to Buyer. It is still quite wordy given the core message is what I talk about, not what is on the screen. They do align – at least they did in my head.
By this time I had also evolved the use of the logo – which is discussed further in later posts – and introduced the ‘Buy/Sell Coach’ descriptor. I took the TEQ logo off for space reasons. The visual goal was to create (and reinforce) the message through the high-impact image.
I used this slide in early 2022, when the chapter was meeting online via Zoom.
