BNI Pitch

Relentlessness

Slide #31 - There is a lot at stake during due diligence. It's OK to be an asshole if you need to be to uncover the facts of the business.

This post is about one of my 45-second pitches at my BNI Chapter, BNI City Business. You can read the introduction to this collection here.

Some vendors are reluctant to share what they believe is their ‘secret sauce’ prior to settlement. Often, this is their customer list. What are you buying? Everything necessary to generate the ongoing revenues and profits of the firm. You need to test that these are real, and that you understand it all to your satisfaction. Be relentless.
