This week I was just going for the laugh, distinct from the message. The message was a continuation of the idea from last week (Build a Business that can Thrive Without You): The test whether your business can thrive without you is to take an extended holiday. I had given this advice to a client (after reading it in a book – this is far from my own idea), who had successfully take a month off. I thought it worth sharing.
